Working with artist Neile Cooper, create a stained glass assemblage. Using found and natural materials, along with stained glass, participants will create a unique artwork, celebrating the nature of the Adirondacks.

Students are encouraged to bring meaningful materials; together we will plan a composition and design the stained glass elements. We will construct the work using traditional stained glass techniques of cutting and shaping glass, applying copper foil, soldering and finishing.

All materials and tools will be provided.

• Participants are welcome to bring drinks and snacks for the day. Museum admission is included in the workshop fee.
• Comfortable shoes are recommended.
• Workshop is for participants 14 years old and older.

No experience is necessary, but experience level will dictate the complexity of the piece you’ll create. 

Neile will also be demonstrating and selling her works at ADKX August 17 and 18.

Cancellation Policy:  All sales are final. There are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. No rain checks due to weather. Programs canceled by the Adirondack Experience will receive full refunds.
