Enjoy a relaxed route through the channel between Osprey Island and Long Island, with stunning views of Castle Rock Mountain to the north and Blue Mountain to the east. Participants will continue around Long Island, pausing at a beautiful natural beach along its southern shoreline, before returning to the launch site with panoramic views of Blue Mountain ahead.
This BYOB (bring your own boat) event welcomes kayaks, canoes, and tandem vessels; motorized and rowboats are not permitted. The paddle will cover a minimum of 3.5 miles, with the potential to extend up to 5 miles depending on time and group ability. All participants must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device (PFD) and carry a sound-producing device (whistle) attached to their PFD. Youth ages 12 and older may paddle their own boat with a participating adult present; children ages 6–12 must be in a boat with an adult. No one under 6 permitted.
